Six stages. Zero ambiguity.
Every EuroForm project follows a structured six-stage process — designed to eliminate uncertainty, protect your timeline, and deliver furniture that performs exactly as specified. Whether you're fitting out a 300-room hotel or commissioning a single bespoke piece, the process is the same.
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your project scope, design intent, timeline, and budget tier. Our team reviews drawings, mood boards, and specification documents — asking the right questions upfront so nothing is left to assumption.
With the brief confirmed, our specification team presents material options matched to your aesthetic and budget. For value-engineered projects, we identify cost-optimised alternatives that maintain the design intent. For luxury commissions, we source premium solid woods, fine veneers, and specialist finishes.
Before a single piece of material is cut, our draughtsmen produce detailed shop drawings for client approval. These drawings define every dimension, joint, finish, and hardware specification — forming the binding production document that our factory works from.
Production takes place in one of our manufacturing facilities in Foshan, China — equipped with CNC precision machinery, specialist joinery workshops, and a dedicated finishing suite. A dedicated project manager oversees your order from first cut to final assembly, with weekly progress updates provided as standard.
Every piece undergoes a structured QC inspection before leaving the factory. Our QC team checks dimensions against shop drawings, inspects finish quality, tests hardware and mechanisms, and photographs each item for the handover record. Third-party inspection is available on request.
Furniture is packed to export standard and shipped to site. Our logistics team coordinates with your site manager to schedule delivery within the fit-out programme. Installation support is available for complex or large-volume projects, with a post-installation snagging review included.
Send us your brief and we'll respond within 24 hours with a preliminary assessment, timeline estimate, and material recommendations.
