Every material chosen with intent.
At EuroForm, material selection is not an afterthought — it is the foundation of every project. Whether we are specifying premium solid walnut for a luxury residential commission or value-engineered MDF with a fine veneer face for a 400-room hotel fit-out, every material is chosen for its performance, longevity, and visual integrity. We work across two tiers — Luxury and Value-Engineered — so the right material is always matched to the right brief.
Our luxury tier draws on a curated selection of premium hardwoods — American walnut, European oak, ash, and teak among them. Solid wood brings warmth, depth, and a tactile quality that no engineered substitute can replicate. Each board is kiln-dried to specification, hand-selected for grain consistency, and machined to tolerances that ensure stable, long-lasting joinery.
Veneer allows the beauty of rare and figured timbers to be applied across large surface areas with consistency and efficiency — making it the material of choice for high-specification hospitality and corporate projects. We source book-matched, quarter-sawn, and crown-cut veneers from certified suppliers, applied over stable engineered substrates for dimensional consistency across changing environments.
Our dedicated finishing suite applies lacquers, paints, and specialist coatings to the highest European standards. From ultra-matte to high-gloss, from solid RAL colours to bespoke tinted lacquers, our finishing team works to client-approved samples. All finishes are applied in a climate-controlled spray booth and cured to ensure durability in high-use commercial environments.
Seating and soft furnishings are upholstered in-house by our specialist team. We work with a broad range of COM (customer's own material) fabrics and leathers, as well as our curated library of performance-grade hospitality textiles. Foam densities, spring systems, and edge profiles are specified to suit the application — from lobby lounge seating to restaurant dining chairs.
Metal elements — legs, frames, handles, inlays, and decorative trims — are fabricated or sourced to specification. We work with brushed brass, satin chrome, blackened steel, and powder-coated mild steel as standard, with custom patinas and plating available for luxury commissions. All hardware is specified for commercial durability, with concealed fixings used wherever the design allows.
For tabletops, bar counters, and feature surfaces, we specify natural stone — marble, granite, travertine — as well as engineered quartz and sintered stone for applications requiring greater durability. Stone elements are sourced from our network of certified quarries and fabricated to template by our stone partners, then integrated into the furniture carcass in our factory.
Behind every EuroForm piece is a team of specialist craftspeople — joiners, finishers, upholsterers, and metalworkers — who have spent careers mastering their disciplines. Our 15,000 m² facility houses six specialist workshops, each dedicated to a stage of the production process. CNC precision and hand finishing are not opposites at EuroForm — they are complementary, each applied where it delivers the best result.
